利用在硫酸介质中,室温下苏丹Ⅲ能被锰(Ⅶ)氧化而褪色,在515nm波长处褪色明显,在该波长下,体系吸光度的减少值与溶液中Mn(Ⅶ)的质量浓度呈正比,据此建立了测定料酒中微量锰的氧化苏丹Ⅲ光度法。Mn(Ⅶ)离子浓度在0.10~3.50μg/mL范围内符合朗伯比尔定律,线性方程为A=0.04357C(μg/mL)-0.01457,相关系数r=0.9953,缔合物的摩尔吸光系数ε=1.41×104 L/mol·cm,将该法用于市售料酒中锰的测定,加标回收率在98.4%~101.9%之间。
In the sulfuric acid medium, Sudan Ⅲ can be discolored by manganese (Ⅶ) oxidation at room temperature and discolored obviously at 515 nm. At this wavelength, the decrease of absorbance is proportional to the mass concentration of Mn (Ⅶ) Based on this, an oxidation Sudan III spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace manganese in cooking wine was established. The concentration of Mn (Ⅶ) ion in the range of 0.10-3.50 μg / mL accords with Lambertil’s law, the linear equation is A = 0.04357C (μg / mL) -0.01457, the correlation coefficient is 0.9953, the molar absorptivity ε = 1.41 × 104 L / mol · cm. The method was applied to the determination of manganese in commercially available cooking wine with recoveries of 98.4% -101.9%.
