CZL5154LS型后置动力沥青洒布车是路桥集团郴州筑路机械厂的两项国家专利产品。介绍该车的主要技术参数和结构特点,其最大洒布宽度8m,2m以上可以组装出每500mm增量的多种洒布宽度,装载容量9000L,最小洒布量可达0.2L/m2,并有较宽的沥青洒布量范围。对沥青洒布量影响因素进行分析,后置动力洒布车沥青泵转速不受底盘发动机、液压泵等的影响,洒布量影响因素减少,可获得较高的洒布精度。肯定后置动力洒布车在沥青洒布量范围和控制性能方面优势,指出后置动力洒布车的发展方向。提出后置动力洒布车洒布试验的理论依据和试验方法,可供洒布作业时参考。
CZL5154LS-type rear-powered asphalt distributor is Luzhou Group Road Chenzhou Road Machinery Plant’s two national patent products. The main technical parameters and structural features of the car are introduced.
