热压含碳球团是利用煤的热塑性而将铁矿粉和煤粉热压成型的一种新型优质炼铁原料。还原性是炉料主要冶金性能之一,而反应气氛和温度对热压含碳球团还原反应进程有重要的影响。通过还原失重试验,重点研究了反应气氛和温度对热压含碳球团还原反应进程的影响。研究表明,热压含碳球团整个还原反应进程可分为两个阶段:第一阶段还原速率明显大于第二阶段;温度对热压含碳球团还原速率有显著的影响,在相同气氛下,温度越高,热压含碳球团的还原速率越快;在900℃时,反应气氛对热压含碳球团还原反应速率有显著的影响,还原性气氛对其影响最大;而在1 100℃时,反应气氛对热压含碳球团还原反应速率的影响趋于减小。
Hot pressing of carbon pellets is the use of coal thermoplastic and iron ore powder and coal hot forming a new type of high-quality ironmaking raw materials. Reduction is one of the main metallurgical properties of the charge, and the reaction atmosphere and temperature have an important effect on the reduction reaction process of hot carbonaceous pellets. The research shows that the whole reduction reaction process of autoclaved carbon-containing pellets can be divided into two stages: the first stage reduction rate is significantly greater than the second stage; temperature has a significant impact on the reduction rate of autoclaved carbon pellets in the same atmosphere , The higher the temperature, the faster the reduction rate of the hot-pressed carbonaceous pellets; at 900 ℃, the reaction atmosphere has a significant effect on the reduction rate of the hot-pressed carbonaceous pellets, and the reducing atmosphere has the greatest effect on the reduction rate; At 100 ℃, the influence of reaction atmosphere on the reduction rate of hot-pressed carbon-containing pellets tends to decrease.
