该项新工艺用于我厂铝合金材料(ZL—101)壳体油路孔交叉处去毛刺工序。该工艺原为手工用细长的小刀刮削,由于孔小(φ3~φ5)交叉处又深(最深为120毫米),手工刮削难以保证质量。现采用电化学去毛刺工艺,将工件置于阳极,工具作阴极,通过电解液后,阳极金属产生电化学反应而溶解,从而除去交叉孔处的毛刺。此工艺质量可靠,生产效率可提高20倍,而且还可以大大减轻劳动强度。
The new technology for aluminum alloy material (ZL-101) shell hole at the intersection of the deburring process. The original process for the original hand with a thin knife scraping, due to small holes (φ3 ~ φ5) and deep cross (the deepest 120 mm), hand scraping difficult to ensure quality. Electrochemical deburring process is now used, the workpiece is placed in the anode, the tool for the cathode, through the electrolyte, the anode metal electrochemical reaction and dissolution, thus removing the burr at the cross hole. The quality of the process is reliable, production efficiency can be increased by 20 times, but also can greatly reduce labor intensity.
