除鋅一般方法的商榷 1.在作为制造盐类时,原料的处理: (1) 如原料为合金形式又含有大量鋅时,用吹炼法使大部鋅成ZnO除去,然后进行盐类制造。 (2) 氧化鎳氧化鋅共同存在时,用木屑或粗淀粉在坩堝爐中还原。控制750℃±50℃的溫度使鎳成金属細末,而氧化鋅不变。然后用稀酸洗去氧化鋅将鎳留下来。用这种方法除鋅,鋅的含量,存在于鎳屑中,能低于1%。 (3) 含很多鋅的盐类虽然能控制一定酸度,用結晶法减少含鋅量,但照(2)法处理除鋅,还是比较可靠。
