目的 :我国现行的药品微生物限度标准对消毒剂未做明确规定 ,为了控制消毒剂的质量 ,制定使用期限 ,对医院自制消毒剂进行微生物限度检查。方法 :采用《中国药典》2 0 0 0年版附录中微生物限度检查法。结果 :我院制剂室配制的 3个品种消毒剂分别放置 8个月后 ,其中有 2个品种检出细菌 ,均未检出霉菌。结论 :我院自制消毒剂的使用期限为 6个月。
OBJECTIVE: In our country, the current limit standards of pharmaceutical micro-organisms do not specify the disinfectants. In order to control the quality of the disinfectants, the life-span of the disinfectants is set and the limits of microorganisms of self-made disinfectants in the hospital are checked. Methods: The “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” 2000 edition of the appendix microbial limit test. Results: Three kinds of disinfectants formulated in our hospital preparation room were placed in 8 months, respectively, of which 2 were detected bacteria, were not detected mold. Conclusion: Our hospital homemade disinfectant use period of 6 months.
