农民工思想道德素质的高低,是构建社会主义和谐社会需要关注的主要课题。重视和加强新时期农民工思想道德建设,是摆在党和政府面前的一项艰巨工程。本研究探讨了当前我国农民工的思想道德状况,认为该问题的产生源于乡土社会中传统道德对农民工思想观念的影响、中国特殊的城乡二元社会结构及其产生的农民工与城市居民的群体隔离。农民工思想道德建设必须广开思路,从思想观念、就业环境和制度设置上开创农民工思想道德建设新局面。
The level of ideological and moral qualities of migrant workers is a major issue that needs attention in building a socialist harmonious society. To attach importance to and strengthen the ideological and moral construction of peasant workers in the new period is an arduous project before the party and the government. This study explores the ideological and moral conditions of migrant workers in our country at present, and considers that the problem arises from the influence of traditional morals in rural society on migrant workers’ ideological concepts. The special urban-rural dual social structure in China and the migrant workers and urban residents Isolated group. Migrant workers’ ideological and moral construction must open up new ideas and create a new situation in ideological and moral construction for migrant workers from ideological concepts, employment environment and system setup.
