本文应用血液流变学指标作为筛选当归有效成份的一种手段。采用当归(对照组)及其丙酮提取物(实验组)分别注射于家兔体内,观测药前、药后家兔血液流变学八项指标的变化;根据实验数据,提示可选择红细胞电泳时间作为当归有效成份提取分离筛选的依据之一。
In this paper, hemorheology indicators as an effective means of screening Angelica as a means. Angelica sinensis (control group) and its acetone extract (experimental group) were injected into rabbits respectively to observe the changes of eight indicators of hemorheology in rabbits before and after drug treatment. Based on the experimental data, it is suggested that the time of erythrocyte electrophoresis Angelica Angelica extract as one of the elements of effective screening.
