1996—2017年,中国的超级稻育种已经走过了22 a,取得了巨大成就,截至2017年3月已育成了166个超级稻品种,超级稻品种的产量水平也由2000年的10.5 t/hm~2提升到2014年的15.0 t/hm~2,目前正在向16.0 t/hm~2的第5期目标迈进。为了为育种家、农业管理部门和农户提供一个查询超级稻品种的平台,笔者凭借多年的育种实践经验和数据库系统开发技术,构建了基于web的中国超级稻品种数据库(www.super-rice.com),并已上线运行。
