评估出版社社会效益是衡量出版社综合实力的重要环节,是推动出版社坚持社会效益和经济效益相统一的关键步骤。为保证评估结果的科学性、合理性,完整的出版社社会效益评估应包括对评估指标、操作方法等要素的元评估。文章将元评估理论与出版社社会效益评估实践相结合,提出出版社社会效益评估的元评估构想设计和应用策略,试图通过元评估机制的建立促使出版社社会效益评估真正发挥效能。
Assessing the social benefits of publishing houses is an important link in evaluating the overall strength of publishing houses and is a key step in pushing publishers to adhere to the unification of social and economic benefits. In order to ensure scientific and reasonable evaluation results, the complete social assessment of publishing houses shall include a meta-evaluation of the evaluation indicators, operational methods and other factors. The article combines the meta-evaluation theory with the social practice of the publishing house, puts forward the meta-evaluation conception design and application tactics of the social-benefit assessment of the publishing house and attempts to make the social-benefit assessment of the publishing house truly exert its effectiveness by establishing the meta-evaluation mechanism.
