园本研修作为促进教师专业成长最有效、最经济、最实惠的方式,已融入教师的生活,并成为幼儿园的一项重要工作。近年来,我园在园本研修方面进行了一些有益的尝试,受益匪浅。一、以活动为抓手,提升课堂教学能力我园根据教师的实际情况,寻找薄弱领域,分别开展“专题式”研究,以夯实教师课程实施的能力基础。我们在教学中分别寻找自己的短板,就数学、科学和绘本阅读等薄弱学科逐一开展专题研究。我们采用专家辅导与内部挖潜相结
As a most effective, economical and cost-effective way to promote the professional growth of teachers, this training has been integrated into teachers’ lives and has become an important task in kindergartens. In recent years, I park in the garden of this training conducted some useful attempts to benefit. I. Taking activities as the starting point and improving classroom teaching ability According to the teachers ’actual situation, IYU looks for weak areas and conducts “thematic ” research respectively in order to lay a solid foundation for the implementation of teachers’ curricula. We are looking for our own shortcomings in our teaching and we carry out special studies one by one on the weak subjects such as mathematics, science and graphic reading. We use expert counseling and internal potential
