真实、准确的统计数据和资料不仅对企业领导层的决策和经营管理重要,而且是政府宏观经济决策的重要依据。这就要求基层房地产业统计工作人员,必须提高对统计工作重要性的认识。本文将针对现行房地产统计工作中存在的问题提出相应的解决对策,以供同行参考。
Real and accurate statistics and data are not only important for the decision-making and management of business leaders, but also an important basis for the government’s macroeconomic policy-making. This requires that the real estate statistics staff at the grassroots level must raise their awareness of the importance of statistical work. This article will address the existing problems in the real estate statistics work out the appropriate solutions to the problem, for peer reference.
