目前,活塞环内外圆精车削工序一般加工形式是,将活塞环压在衬套内车削内圆,然后再压紧在心轴上车削外圆。由于夹具的定位精度限制和当活塞环压紧在心轴上时,不能可靠地压住环的开口区,在车削外圆切削力的挤压下,活塞环的开口区径向厚度变化,导致活塞环开口区与缸壁之间不能贴合,出现漏光现象而报废。
