当前高校往来款项管理过程中经常存在一些违法违纪现象,严重影响单位的形象声誉,对高校资产等国有资产形成潜在的威胁。为保障高校往来款项管理过程中的公平性以及透明性,深入调查研究现阶段存在的违法违规问题,建立健全一个统一的、全面的、权威的高校往来款项管理体系是至关重要的,本文详细介绍了高校往来款项管理中常见的问题,调查并分析产生问题的原因,并有针对性地提出解决问题的相应策略,以期建成一个相对完善的高校往来款项管理体系。
At present, there are often some violations of laws and disciplines in the course of payment management between universities, which seriously affect the image reputation of the unit and pose a potential threat to the state-owned assets such as university assets. In order to protect the fairness and transparency in the process of payment between universities and colleges, it is very important to conduct a thorough investigation and study of the existing problems in violation of laws and regulations so as to establish and perfect a unified, comprehensive and authoritative management system of university correspondence. This paper introduces the common problems in the management of payment between universities and colleges, investigates and analyzes the causes of the problems, and puts forward corresponding strategies to solve the problems in order to establish a relatively perfect management system of the current accounts between colleges and universities.
