目的对3种含绿原酸的清热解毒类中药注射剂不良反应进行探讨。方法收集国内外公开发表的有关报道,对其不良反应进行归纳、分析、总结。结果3种中药注射剂均含有绿原酸成分,但是绿原酸是否为致敏原,以及所引起的不良反应是过敏反应还是类过敏反应,学术界尚存在不同的看法。结论正确评价绿原酸在中药注射剂不良反应中的地位并予以合理使用,以及进一步区分过敏反应和类过敏反应是目前亟待解决的问题。
Objective To investigate the adverse reactions of three kinds of chlorogenic acid-containing detoxification traditional Chinese medicine injection. Methods We collected relevant reports published at home and abroad and summarized, analyzed and summarized their adverse reactions. Results All the three Chinese traditional medicine injections contained chlorogenic acid, but whether chlorogenic acid was allergen or not and whether the adverse reaction was allergic reaction or anaphylactoid reaction were different in academia. Conclusion Correct evaluation of chlorogenic acid in traditional Chinese medicine injection of adverse reactions in the status and to be used properly, and to further distinguish between anaphylactoid and anaphylactoid reactions is the urgent problem to be solved.
