脐周皮肤变色征(Cullen征)为一由血液所致的脐周皮肤变色区,1909年首次被报告。既往认为与异位妊娠破裂和急性胰腺炎有关,后来发现肝癌及肝硬化伴门脉高压患者亦有,故认为是肝病的一项体征。
Cullen sign (Cullen sign) is a umbilical skin discoloration caused by the blood, was first reported in 1909. Past thought and ectopic pregnancy rupture and acute pancreatitis was later found in patients with liver cancer and cirrhosis with portal hypertension, it is considered a sign of liver disease.
