目的:探究基础护理管理在骨科病房的应用效果。方法:将医院骨科病房收治的400例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用基础护理管理措施。结果:观察组患者的护理满意度为96.46%,明显高于对照组的84.64%(P<0.05)。结论:对骨科病房患者加强基础护理管理,全面落实人性化护理服务的理念,对于提高护理满意度有着重要的意义。
Objective: To explore the application of basic nursing management in orthopedic ward. Methods: 400 patients admitted to the hospital orthopedic ward were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group used basic nursing management measures. Results: The satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 96.46%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (84.64%, P <0.05). Conclusion: To strengthen the basic nursing management for patients in orthopedic ward and to fully implement the concept of humanized nursing service is of great significance for improving nursing satisfaction.
