目的观察尼莫地平治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的临床疗效.方法回顾检索30例采用尼莫地平治疗的椎基底动脉供血不足患者的临床资料.结果显著好转率为26.67%,好转率为70%,无效率为3.33%.结论尼莫地平可能是治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的有效药物,有进一步进行大样本临床随机对照试验的必要.
