1 病例介绍患者,男,85岁,因前列腺增生症、排尿困难入院。拟在连续硬膜外麻醉下行双侧睾丸切除术。术前检查患者步入病房,问话对答如流,心电图显示 ST-T 改变。进入手术室后,患者左侧卧位,选择 L_(1.2)间隙进针,穿刺顺利,无异感、出血,向头侧置入硬膜外导管3cm。首次剂量注入1.5%利多卡因6ml,麻醉平面 T_8～S。术中患者生命体征平稳,麻醉效果满意,手术顺利,术毕送回病房。
1 case description The patient, male, 85 years old, due to benign prostatic hyperplasia, dysuria admitted to hospital. Bilateral orchidectomy is to be performed under continuous epidural anesthesia. Preoperative examination of patients into the ward, answer the question and answer, electrocardiogram showed ST-T changes.
