目的下肢闭塞性动脉硬化症患者实施延续性护理后对治疗依从性的影响进行讨论。方法选取2016年4月-2017年4月该院收治的50例下肢闭塞性动脉硬化症患者作为此次研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者实施常规护理,实验组患者实施延续性护理,经过护理后对两组患者的治疗依从性进行比较。结果经过护理后发现,实验组患者治疗依从性明显优于对照组患者,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论下肢缺血性疾病患者实施优质护理对患者康复情况有着重要的影响,极大的提高了患者的治疗依从性,保证了治疗效果,利于患者的预后,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the impact of follow-up care on treatment compliance in patients with lower extremity occlusive atherosclerosis. Methods From April 2016 to April 2017, 50 patients with lower extremity occlusive arteriosclerosis admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. Patients in control group were given routine nursing and patients in experimental group Continuation of care, after treatment of two groups of patients to comply with the treatment compliance. Results After nursing, it was found that the compliance of the patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The implementation of quality nursing care for patients with lower extremity ischemic diseases has an important impact on the rehabilitation of patients, greatly improving the patient’s compliance with the treatment and ensuring the therapeutic effect, which is beneficial to the prognosis of the patients and worthy of promotion.
