目前,大多数飞机都是采用铝合金铆接结构,在轻型飞机上有几十万个铆钉,在波音747等大型飞机上则多达100~200万个铆钉。铆接是一项劳动量大且对人体有害的工作,因此,飞机结构已开始向焊接结构过渡。1420超轻可焊接铝合金具有良好的焊接性能,在振动和过载条件下具有高强度、抗腐蚀性、高可靠性,这种新型合金的研究与应用使飞机从铆接结构过渡到焊接结构成为现实。
At present, most of the aircraft are made of aluminum riveting structure, hundreds of thousands of rivets on light aircraft, as many as 100 to 2 million rivets on large aircraft such as the Boeing 747. Riveting is a labor-intensive and hazardous work and, as a result, aircraft structures have begun to transition to welded structures. 1420 Ultra-light weldable aluminum alloy with good weldability, high strength, corrosion resistance and high reliability in vibration and overload conditions. The research and application of this new alloy makes the transition of aircraft from riveted to welded structure a reality .
