目的了解和掌握慈溪市2010年放射卫生工作基本情况,分析监管中存在的问题,探讨如何进一步促进本市乃至浙江省放射卫生工作的健康发展。方法通过对本市放射诊疗机构的基本情况和日常监管档案进行调查和整理,收集放射工作人员组成、体检、防护用品、个人剂量监测等信息,对放射卫生情况进行统计描述并总结归纳工作中所存在的薄弱环节。结果截至2010年10月本市共有放射诊疗机构47家,在全市放射机构中占比73%,《放射诊疗许可证》持证率为100%。医疗机构放射卫生工作人员139人,持《放射工作人员证》139人。放射工作人员均佩带个人剂量仪上岗,并定期接受个人剂量监测,个人防护用品配备率为100%。随着监管力度的加强和医疗机构防护意识的提升,本市的医疗单位放射卫生工作取得了一定成效,但也面临不少挑战。结论日常监管中应认清工作重点和难点,总结存在的问题,通过专项行动有效改进放射卫生现状;开设工作试点逐步推进监管新模式;监管部门与放射诊疗机构建立联动工作机制,加强信息共享,推动放射卫生科学发展。
Objective To understand and master the basic situation of radiation health in Cixi City in 2010, analyze the existing problems in supervision, and explore ways to further promote the healthy development of radiation health work in this Municipality and even in Zhejiang Province. Methods By investigating and arranging the basic situation and routine regulatory files of radiation medical institutions in our city, we collected information on the composition of radiation workers, physical examinations, protective articles and personal dose monitoring, conducted statistical descriptions of the radiation health conditions and summarized the existing work The weak link. Results As of October 2010, there were 47 radiotherapy clinics in the city, accounting for 73% of the city’s radiological institutions and 100% of the radiotherapy clinics. There were 139 radiosurgery personnel in medical institutions and 139 people holding “radiological staff certificates”. Radiation workers wear personal dosimeter posts, and regularly receive personal dose monitoring, personal protective equipment with a rate of 100%. With the strengthening of supervision and the improvement of the protection awareness of medical institutions, the radiation and sanitation work of medical units in the city has achieved some success, but it also faces many challenges. Conclusion The daily supervision should identify the key points and difficulties, summarize the existing problems, effectively improve the status quo of radiation health through special actions, set up pilot work to gradually push forward the new regulatory model, establish the linkage working mechanism between regulatory authorities and radiotherapy clinics, strengthen information sharing, Promote the scientific development of radiation health.
