眼部猪囊尾蚴病系指猪绦虫之幼虫寄生于眼的任何部位引起的疾病,包括眼眶、眼睑、眼外肌、结膜下、前房、玻璃体及视网膜下,甚至晶状体,其中寄生于玻璃体与视网膜下的囊尾蚴占80％。寄生于眼内的囊尾蚴(以下简称囊虫)对眼组织损害的严重性仅次于危及生命的颅内猪囊虫病,现将本院有关资料报道如下,以供参考。临床资料我院1953年～1986年共诊治眼部视网膜下和玻璃体囊虫病135例142眼。男性88例,女性47例;年龄3～71岁,平均29.5岁。单眼128例,双眼7
