淮阳县财政局现有干部职工55人,其中党员45人,90％以上人员具有或相当于大专文化水平,局内设14个股室,实现了办公现代化,在局长张继华的带领下,以“三个代表”重要思想为指针,全局上下一心,团结一致,高唱“兴淮阳、富人民”主旋律,积极培植财源,强化征管,节约开支,为淮阳的经济发展做出了积极的贡献。2002被省文明委命名为省级文明单位。
