承认城乡二元体制的存在,并不一定要在户籍上体现,更重要的是认可城市和乡村不同的生活和经济形态。对于某一个人一个家庭,可以有他们自己的选择,甚至可以允许他们在城市和乡村之间任意地切换。差别是比较出来的,区别是实事求是地谈论两者之间的不同。有差别就有好有差,而区别不论好差只是区分。差别与区别,一字之差,却反映了我们对乡村的两种不同的态度、思维和行动的出发点。
The recognition of the existence of a dual system of urban and rural areas does not necessarily mean that it is reflected in household registrations, but more importantly it recognizes the different life and economic patterns in urban and rural areas. For a certain individual, a family can have their own choice, and can even allow them to switch arbitrarily between the city and the village. The differences are comparative and the difference is to talk about the difference between the two in a realistic way. There are differences between good and bad, but the difference is good only difference. The differences and differences, however, differ only by the word, but they reflect the starting point of our two different attitudes, thinking and actions toward the country.
