管接头在锅炉行业里使用很广泛,但是至今管接头没有确切的定义。在生产实践中关于额定蒸汽压力不小于3.82MPa余热锅炉对流管束或水冷屏中对流管束管子与上、下集箱角焊缝是否进行至少10%的无损探伤引起争议。本文探讨了管接头含义与其角焊缝检验要求,认为应该给“管接头”以确切的定义,统一其外延和内涵,规范锅炉行业各厂家的行为,避免生产、检验、监检的随意性。
Fittings are widely used in the boiler industry, but so far the fittings have not been precisely defined.
