[目的]观察芝麻素对肥大细胞活化的影响并探讨其可能作用机制.[方法]通过IgE介导体外实验观察芝麻素对IgE介导的肥大细胞组织胺的释放及对PI3K/Akt蛋白表达的影响.[结果]与模型对照组比较,芝麻素大、中剂量可明显抑制肥大细胞释放组织胺,且可有效抑制肥大细胞释放炎性细胞因子PI3K/Akt蛋白的表达(P<0.05).[结论]芝麻素抗过敏作用可能部分与抑制PI3K/Akt信号通路有关.
[Objective] To observe the effect of sesamin on the activation of mast cells and to explore its possible mechanism. [Methods] The effect of sesamin on IgE-mediated histamine release by mast cells and PI3K / Akt protein expression [Results] Compared with the model control group, sesamin in medium and large doses could significantly inhibit the release of histamine from mast cells and inhibit the release of inflammatory cytokines PI3K / Akt (P <0.05). [ Conclusion] The anti-allergic effects of sesamin may be partly related to the inhibition of PI3K / Akt signaling pathway.
