本文阐述了工业抗生素发酵过程建立Apple-Ⅱ微机在线采集、控制系统的设计思想。文中针对抗生素发酵过程的复杂性,提出了生产过程监督控制以及供氧水平智能控制的方案。该系统的现场实施改善了生产管理的手段,提高了发酵生产水平,并大大地节省了生产的动力耗费。
This article elaborates the design idea of establishing an online acquisition and control system of Apple-Ⅱ microcomputer in the process of industrial antibiotic fermentation. In view of the complexity of the antibiotic fermentation process, a scheme of supervising and controlling the production process and the intelligent control of the oxygen supply level is proposed. The on-site implementation of the system has improved the means of production management, improved the level of fermentation production, and greatly saved the power consumption of production.
