水稻幼苗在Yoshida,S.溶液及其缺钙溶液中培养的试验表明,Ca~(2+)促进水稻幼苗根的K~+吸收和幼苗的生长速率。杂交水稻幼苗比对照受Ca~(2+)的影响大,缺Ca~(2+)营养液比含Ca~(2+)营养液的K~+含量和酸化速率下降都慢,可见,水稻幼苗根的K~+吸收与其根的H~+分泌具有内在的相关性。
The experiment of rice seedlings cultured in Yoshida, S. and its calcium deficiency solution showed that Ca 2+ promoted the K + uptake and seedling growth of rice seedling roots. The hybrid rice seedlings were more affected by Ca2 + than the control, but the Ca2 + -free nutrient solution was slower than the Ca2 + -containing nutrient solution with K2 + content and acidification rate. The results showed that rice The K + uptake of seedling roots is intrinsically related to the H ~ + secretion of its roots.
