为更好的学习、落实“十四大”的精神,图书馆如何做好为经济建设服务。我认为,可以从如下几个方面做工作:一、加强为经济建设服务的领导力量。应根据各馆的现状,责成专人抓,选拔有这方面才能的人尽快组建一个为经济建设服务的咨询部。他们要掌握国际、国内的信息和情报,要了解经济活动和商业行情,以便为工厂、企业和各种经济部门提供信息和科技情报,为他们出谋划策、当好参谋。北京的何阳以出主意为营生赚了几十万,徐州也出现了为企业出谋划策,对症下药的“谋士”。我们有得天独厚的优越条件,拥有大量的文献、情报信息,组织好为经济建设服务的咨询部,前途是大有可为的。
