目的:建立清咽饮口服液中黄芩苷含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定黄芩苷的含量,色谱柱为Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸溶液(45∶55),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为277 nm,柱温为30℃。结果:黄芩苷在0.106 4~4.256 0μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),样品平均加样回收率为101.67%,RSD为1.35%(n=6)。结论:本文建立的方法简便,准确,快速,可用于清咽饮口服液中黄芩苷的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of baicalin in Qingyan Yin Oral Liquid by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The content of baicalin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The column was Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.5% acetic acid solution (45:55) 1.0 mL / min, the detection wavelength was 277 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: Baicalin had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.106 4 ~ 4.256 0 μg (r = 0.9999). The average recoveries of the samples were 101.67% with a RSD of 1.35% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method established in this paper is simple, accurate and rapid and can be used for the determination of baicalin in Qingyan Yin oral liquid.
