本文对高速钢离子氮化、离子硫碳氮共渗、离子氮化+离子渗硫、离子氮化+氩离子轰击等热处理后的试样,进行了耐磨试验和抗咬合试验,并对离子氮化、离子硫碳氮共渗试样进行了回火稳定性试验。同时,对经离子轰击热处理的高速钢钻头进行了使用寿命对比。试验表明,高速钢经离子轰击热处理后提高了表面硬度、耐磨性和抗咬合性,氮化层有高的回火稳定性,能有效地提高刀具的使用寿命。
In this paper, the wear resistance test and anti-seizure test were carried out on the samples after heat treatment such as high speed steel ion nitriding, ion sulfur carbonitriding, ion nitriding + ion sulphurization, ion nitriding + argon ion bombardment, Nitriding, ion-sulfur carbonitriding samples were tempered stability test.
