In 1987, a conference was held in West Germany to study and discuss Cluster Chemistry, focusing on new discoveries, new theories and new applications in the field of organometallics. This meeting was held by the International Group of Heterocyclic Clusters and Multi-Metal Catalyst Chemistry. The meeting was presided over by the National Science Foundation and the German Overseas Affairs Survey and Research Group. Now called K (?) Ngstein Ⅱ (second meeting of Kerstein).
