目的:筛选黄栌中有效成分漆黄素最佳提取工艺的研究。方法:采用单因素考察和L9(34)正交试验设计法,以黄栌中漆黄素的含量为考察指标,取4因素(提取溶媒、提取时间、溶媒pH、溶媒量)3水平,优选漆黄素提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为A2B3C3D3,即以65%、25倍药材量的乙醇为提取溶媒,调pH9,每次90min以提取2次为宜。结论:该提取工艺设计合理、可行,工艺稳定,重现性好,提取率高(1.03%),为进一步开发利用黄栌药用资源提供指导。
Objective: To screen the optimum extraction technology of the active ingredient of flavin from Huangpi. Methods: Using single factor test and L9 (34) orthogonal design method, taking the content of the flavin pigment in the flax as the index, taking 4 factors (extraction solvent, extraction time, pH and solvent) Flavin extraction process. Results: The best extraction process for the A2B3C3D3, that is, 65%, 25 times the amount of ethanol as extraction solvent, adjust pH9, each time 90min to extract 2 times is appropriate. Conclusion: The extraction process is reasonable and feasible, the process is stable, the reproducibility is good, and the extraction rate is high (1.03%), which provides guidance for further exploitation and utilization of medicinal resources of Radix.
