我厂在1972年新安装并投产一台2,000仟伏安,400/230伏,带直流励磁机的交流同步发电机,但没配备电压自动调节装置。后来,我们自行设计,安装了一台采用可控硅的半导体式电压自动调节器,于1973年1月投入了生产运行。几年来生产实践表明,效果良好,其优点为:线路简单,装置简易,成本低,无噪音,反应灵敏迅速,运行可靠,操作容易,维护方便等。调节器的结构原理与工作波形见图示。
In 1972, our factory newly installed and put into operation an AC 2,000,000 volt-ampere, 400/230-volt AC synchronous generator with DC exciter, but it did not have a voltage automatic regulating device. Later, we designed and installed a thyristor-based semiconductor voltage regulator, which was put into production in January 1973. Years of production practice shows that the effect is good, which has the advantages of simple circuit, simple installation, low cost, no noise, quick response, reliable operation, easy operation, convenient maintenance and the like.
