没有人能够否认，我们正逐步走向一个网络的世界，以因特网为代表的信息和通讯技术已经成为世纪之交驱动人类发展的核心动力。目前，因特网是建立在计算机网的基础之上的，不久之后以机顶盒为接口的有线电视网和下机移动通讯网也将与因特网相连，三网合一将会改变我们的一切。
No one can deny that we are moving toward a networked world. The information and communications technology represented by the Internet has become the core driver of human development at the turn of the century. At present, the Internet is based on the computer network. Soon after, the cable television network connecting to the set-top box and the mobile communication network will also be connected to the Internet. All three networks will change everything.
