如今,随着城市的不断发展,出现了新老购物中心的区域分散化现象,这也是城市化进程中的一个现实体现,本课题通过实地考察所得记录,对临海市两大购物中心崇和商城与银泰城作出各方面的对比,探究了城市的发展过程和购物中心的分散化现象,并且询问了有关专家的意见,最后从研究事实中总结出购物中心分散化的实质,归纳了购物中心分散化对城市带来的影响,并尝试就实际问题提出一些解决意见。
