小学课堂教学方式的改革是基础教育课程改革的主要内容之一,但长期以来由于评价方式没有真正转变,导致教师参与教学方式改革的积极性不高,行动效果不理想。本文从构建新的学生学业评价体系入手,探讨围绕“政策”改变“对策”的变革模式,并阐述了变革模式的实施过程、基本要素及实施原则。
The reform of the primary school classroom teaching is one of the main contents of the basic education curriculum reform. However, for a long time, the teacher’s participation in the reform of teaching methods has not been highly motivated due to the fact that the evaluation methods have not really changed. This article starts with the construction of a new academic evaluation system for students, discusses the transformation mode around “policy ” change “countermeasure ” and expounds the implementation process, basic elements and implementation principles of the transformation mode.
