脑死亡临床表现为大脑半球和脑干机能不可逆性完全停止,通常根据临床表现即可确诊,脑电图(EEG)可协助诊断,但并非必不可少。本文报告一例严重急性炎性脱髓鞘性多发性神经根神经病(AIDP)患者,临床表现酷似脑死亡,连续EEG提示大脑皮层功能正常,为临床诊断提供依据。男性,63岁。患呼吸道疾病几小时后,出现呼吸和吞咽困难,肌无力迅速发展。初次体检示全身肌肉中度无力,反射消失,但生命体征稳定。CSF
The clinical manifestations of brain death are the irreversible halt of cerebral hemispheric and brainstem functions, which are often diagnosed based on clinical manifestations. EEG can aid diagnosis but is not essential. This article reports a case of severe acute inflammatory demyelinating multiple nerve root neuropathy (AIDP) in patients with clinical manifestations resembling brain death, continuous EEG prompts normal cortical function, provide a basis for clinical diagnosis. Male, 63 years old. A few hours after suffering from respiratory disease, breathing and swallowing difficulties, rapid development of muscle weakness. Initial physical examination showed moderate muscle weakness, reflex disappeared, but the vital signs stable. CSF
