以图像模式识别为代表，根据模式识别的特点，对传统遗传算法的选择策略及操作方法进行了修正，提出一种适于在全图像空间中对已知模式进行识别的遗传算法，它具有尺度和旋转不变性，并在噪声干扰的情况下仍保持良好的自适应性。
