近年来中等职业教育蓬勃发展,而中职院校运用何种高技能人才的培养模式,则成为了摆在中职教育工作者面前的一个见仁见智的问题,我认为,中等职业院校的高技能人才培养模式,应以能力培养为中心,狠抓理论,稳抓实践。以专业人才培养的课程方案为依据,科学合理总结方式方法,寻求突破式创新式的教学改良方案,对培养目标进行更合理更准确的定位,切合学生自身实际情况选择课程内容,从新的出发点构建新的课程体系,使之更为合理更为学生切身打造,紧密结合生产实际,突出技能实施教学。
