随着科学发展观的提出,国家和社会对电力企业的要求也日益提高。一个部门思想政治工作搞得好不好,直接决定了党和人民对他们的信任程度,也是企业赖以生存和发展的基石。加强电力企业相关部门员工的思想政治工作,于企业的经济效益以及社会的深层效益意义非凡,同时也有利于促进电力企业部门良性、和谐、可持续发展。本文着重探讨了新时期电力企业思想政治工作的现状,针对存在的问题提出合理化建议,进而展望电力企业运营部门思想政治工作的前景。
With the introduction of the scientific concept of development, the requirements of the state and society for power enterprises are also increasing. Whether a department’s ideological and political work is done well or not directly determines the extent to which the party and the people trust them and is also the cornerstone of the enterprise’s survival and development. Strengthening the ideological and political work of employees in relevant departments of electric power enterprises is of great significance to the economic benefits of enterprises and the deep benefits of society. It is also conducive to promoting the sound, harmonious and sustainable development of the electric power enterprises and departments. This article focuses on the status quo of the ideological and political work of power enterprises in the new era, puts forward rational proposals in light of the existing problems, and then looks forward to the prospect of ideological and political work in the operating departments of power enterprises.
