：
【摘要】为了提高农村初中数学“学困生”的成绩，结合本校的实际情况，从四个方面入手解决这个难题：一是课堂上“五个环节”环环相扣，“四张学习稿”为主打造有特点的高效课堂；二是学习过程中不间断思想教育，从源头上改变学生观念；三是牺牲休息时间对学生一对一辅导；四是请求家长陪伴，做学生的伴学者。长时间坚持做到这四点内容，学生的学习成绩就会提高，老师的工作就会更有成就感。 【关键词】“五个环节”“四张学习稿
