数控车床是受计算机数字化控制的自动化机床,数控车床具有高精度、高效率、易控制等特点。因此,机械加工行业越来越多的企业开始引进数控车床取代普通车床。尽管数控车床的加工精度易于控制,但如果要持续性地保持高精度,就需要研究影响数控车床加工精度的因素,并对这些因素进行监控。本文将从数控车床的工作原理、特点等方面入手,引入数控车床加工精度的影响因素,并针对这些影响因素,提出切实可行的精度提高方案。
CNC lathes are computerized by the computerized automatic machine tools, CNC lathes with high precision, high efficiency, easy control and so on. Therefore, more and more enterprises in the mechanical processing industry have begun to introduce CNC lathe to replace ordinary lathe. Although the CNC lathe machining accuracy is easy to control, but if you want to continue to maintain high precision, you need to study the impact of CNC lathe machining accuracy of the factors, and monitoring of these factors. In this paper, we will start with the working principle and characteristics of CNC lathe, introduce the influencing factors of NC lathe machining accuracy, and put forward feasible solutions to improve the precision.
