广泛地应用通用夹具,来代替专用夹具,是减少工装数量,降低生产成本,缩短生产周期的一种有效措施,特别适用于中小批生产。现介绍我厂生产中应用的通用端面等分钻夹具(图1)和通用经向等分钻夹具(图2)。一、端面等分钻夹具1.结构特点:钻夹具左端有三爪卡盘4,可夹持不同直径的工件,分度盘3可进行360°分度并由定位销15定位。丝杆11及滑板10可纵向调整,垂直丝杆7和钻模板5可垂直调整。调整后可分别用夹紧手柄13、12固定,以防止加工中错位。该夹具做得轻巧实用,可很方便地拿上拿下。
