新生党员是大学中的一个重要群体,在大学党员的教育管理中占有重要的比重。新生党员普遍存在发展考察过于简单,对党的认知模糊,党性意识不强,责任担当与服务意识欠缺等问题,直接制约了党员教育与发展的推进。为此,应在组织与制度方面加强组织规范与制度建设,完善新生党员的培训与考评;理念与管理方面强化理念认知与实践考察,提升新生党员的责任意识;提升与创新教育方式与模式,提升新生党员的服务意识。通过各方面的培养与教育,让新生党员变劣势为优势,不断发挥其先进性作用。
New-born party members are an important group in universities and occupy an important proportion in the education and management of university party members. Newborn party members are overly simple in their development and investigation, vague in their understanding of the party, lack of awareness of party spirit, lack of responsibility and lack of service, and directly restrict the advancement of education and development of party members.
