滞胀,是在长期实行鹏斯需求管理政策的西方国家70年代发生的现象,一般可以理解为较长时期经济停滞(负增长或低增长)同较高的通货膨胀率并存。它是西方国家长期实行刺激需求政策的产物。初看起来,滞胀同面临普遍短缺的社会主义经济应是无缘的。因此,我国学术界对这一问题研究得不够。然而,经济改革后,许多原来认为同社会主义无关的经济现象却出现了,如通货膨胀、失业、赤字,包括滞胀,见表1、2。
Stagflation is a phenomenon that occurred in the West in the long-term implementation of Pence’s demand-management policy in the 1970s. Generally, it can be interpreted as coexistence of a longer period of economic stagnation (negative growth or low growth) and higher inflation. It is the product of a long-term policy of stimulus needs in Western countries. At first glance, stagflation and the socialist economy facing a general shortage should have no chance. Therefore, our country academia has not studied this issue enough. However, after the economic reform, many of the economic phenomena that were originally thought to be unrelated to socialism emerged, such as inflation, unemployment, deficits, including stagflation, as shown in Tables 1 and 2.
