新经济一词在不同意义上使用,后来人们将新经济理解为新产业,即一种新兴产业。新兴产业当然有,这就涉及到新产业与传统产业关系的问题。这个问题不能简单讲全球的情况,不能简单讲美国的情况。我国和美国还有差距,人家是人均34000美金的经济技术发达国家,而我们是人均900美元的落后国家,是刚刚开始发展十年二十年的国家,我们怎么在这种状态下看待新经济和传统产业的关系呢?
The term new economy is used in different senses, and later people understood the new economy as a new industry, an emerging industry. Of course, emerging industries, which involves the relationship between new industries and traditional industries. This issue can not be described simply in the context of the world. We can not simply talk about the situation in the United States. There is still a gap between our country and the United States. People are economically and technologically advanced countries with a per capita population of 34,000 U.S. dollars. We are a backward country with a per capita income of 900 U.S. dollars. It is a country that has just begun to develop for 20 years. How do we view the new economy in this state? Relationship with traditional industries?
