为了比较宫颈锥切部止血电凝术与缝合方法的效果,作者对1994年9月至1999年8月5年间在WestVirginia大学门诊和住院所有行冷刀宫颈锥切术患者的资料作了回顾性分析。 纳入标准为:仅施行冷刀锥切术,电凝术或缝合是锥切部止血的主要方法,手术过程、手术记录、随访记录资料完整。
To compare the effectiveness of the hemostatic electrocoagulation and suture methods in the conization of the cervix, the authors reviewed retrospectively all patients who underwent cold-knife cervical conization at out-patient and in-patient clinics at West Virginia University during the five-year period from September 1994 to August 1999 analysis. Inclusion criteria: only the implementation of cold knife conization, coagulation or suture is the main method of hemostasis conization, surgical procedures, surgical records, follow-up records complete.
