目的应用信息化手段探索一套查验预防接种证管理工作模式和方法,以提高在校学生查验率和补种率。方法在佛山市免疫规划信息管理系统开发学校查验预防接种证管理模块,选取10间试点学校/托幼机构作为实验组进行应用前后查验率、补种率和补种剂次完成率比较,同时选取对照组与实验组进行验证效果对比。结果实验组在应用后查验率、补种率和补种剂次完成率分别为99.58%、88.73%和82.28%,较应用前(90.22%、58.01%、57.45%)有显著提高(均P<0.01),且显著高于对照组(92.63%、59.06%、65.06%)差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论在佛山市免疫规划信息管理系统开发学校查验预防接种证管理模块适用于佛山市各区大部分托幼机构和学校,可以提高查验证工作效率和管理效率,是促进查验证工作和强化管理的有效手段。
Objective To explore a set of inspection and vaccination card management work patterns and methods by means of information technology so as to improve the checking rate and replacement rate of students in school. Methods The vaccination certificate management module was developed in the school of immunization planning information management system in Foshan City. Ten pilot schools / nurseries were selected as experimental groups to compare the rate of completion, the rate of seed dressing and the completion rate of seed dressing. Control group and experimental group to verify the effect of comparison. Results The rate of completion, the rate of seed dressing and the rate of completion of seed dressing were 99.58%, 88.73% and 82.28% respectively in the experimental group, which were significantly higher than those before application (90.22%, 58.01%, 57.45%) (all P < 0.01), and significantly higher than the control group (92.63%, 59.06%, 65.06%), the differences were statistically significant (all P <0.01). Conclusion In Foshan City, the immunization planning information management system developed by the school to check the vaccination card management module applies to most kindergartens and schools in all districts of Foshan City, which can enhance the work efficiency and management efficiency of the verification card, which is to promote the verification work and strengthen the management of the effective means.
